Pella Girls Track and Field Win at Osky Relays

It was the first meet win of the season for the Pella girls track and field team as they racked up nearly 150 points. Head Coach Dak Rasmussen:

“We had a number of outstanding performances. Jacie Trine in the 200m, Marissa Ferebee in the 3000m, the 4×200, 4×400, and DMR all ran times that put them in the top 10 in Class 3A. The encouraging thing is that many events ran well but had obvious ways to improve technical aspects within the race. It’ll be really fun to see what we can do once we clean up those issues. Ultimately, we had a bunch of girls earn medals tonight, so as a team we’re in a really good place mentally.”
