Special Olympics Iowa is hosting the West Central District Spring Games today at the Indianola Stadium. Athletes from seven counties across central Iowa will be competing in a range of events including sprints, long distance runs and walks, softball throws, and jumps. Opening ceremonies begin at 9:30am, with the meet running from 10:30am to 1:30pm, with the public invited to attend and cheer on the athletes.. Find more information about the meet below.
