PCM Track and Field Teams Wrap Up Busy Weeks Today
Running in their third and final meets of the week, the PCM boys and girls track and field teams split up tonight.
The PCM girls will make the short trip down Highway 14 to run in the Panther Relays at Knoxville tonight, while the boys head to Des Moines for the Saydel Invitational. The Mustang girls finished in 4th place at Pella Christian Tuesday behind first place performances from Morgan Karr in the 100 Meter Hurdle, Rylee Gallaher in the Shot Put, and the Shuttle Hurdle Relay team of Tori Lindsay, Jorja Teeter, Lillian Humpal, and Karr. The PCM boys were fifth at Pella Christian Tuesday night, with Gavin Fenton claiming the lone event win on the evening in the 110 Meter Hurdles.
The Panther Relays at Randy Wilson Track in Knoxville begins at 4:15 p.m., while the Saydel Invitational starts at 4:30 p.m.

PCM Boys Golf Competing in the DMC Invitational, Girls Golf In Action at Pleasantville
The PCM boys and girls golf teams finish their week of competitions today with the second meets of the week. The PCM boys, who finished second in their season debut at the Bondurant-Farrar Invitational on Monday, travel to the DMC Invitational this morning at Jester Park Golf Course. The Mustangs will face the hosts, Coon Rapids Bayard, Earlham, Greene County, Hampton-Dumont, Panorama, and Treynor. The PCM girls, who finished second at the Nevada Triangular Tuesday, competes at the Pleasantville Quad meet at Pleasantville Golf & Country against the hosts, Melcher-Dallas, and Carlisle. The DMC Invitational begins at 9 a.m. for the Mustangs boys golf team, while the Pleasantville girls quad starts at 4 p.m.

PCM Boys Soccer Hosts West Marshall
The PCM boys soccer team is searching for a big bounce back tonight, hosting rival West Marshall. After opening the season with a 1-0 win, the Mustangs have lost their last three contests and been outscored 19-1. Much like PCM, West Marshall opened their season with a 7-0 win, but have lost their last five matches while being outscored 18-5. Tonight’s soccer game at PCM High School is scheduled to start at 5:30 p.m.
