Five Norwalk spring sports teams are competing today, including a home soccer match with Southeast Polk.

The Class 2A 12th-ranked Warrior girls will be gunning for their third straight victory when they host the Rams for a 7:00 p.m. varsity match. After starting the season 0-2, Norwalk has outscored their last two opponents by a combined 14-1.

The Norwalk girls track and field team looks to build on Monday’s second-place home meet finish when they face a tough field at the Waukee Northwest Relays. Field events start at 4:30 p.m. and running events will get underway at 5:15.

The Warriors girls golfers will compete on their home course when they take part in today’s West Des Moines Valley Invite at Willow Creek in Des Moines. Play will begin at 2:45.

Both Norwalk tennis teams will try to make it three straight dual wins when they take on Ballard at 4:15. The boys meet is in Norwalk and the girls play at Huxley.
