The Melcher-Dallas Girls Track and Field Squad placed 9th at the Central Decatur Relays on Thursday. Hailey Stegman continued her strong distance running with a 2nd place in the 1500 with a time of 5:53.93. Coach Amy Stuart told KNIA Sports Stegman took another couple of seconds off of her 1500 time and was the catalyst in the distance medley getting them to a 3rd place in a time of 5:09.23. Gabby Overgaard placed 3rd in the shot put with a toss of 32-3.5 inches.
