Pleasantville won a girls golf quadrangular Thursday at home with a score of 201. Carlisle was second at 217 followed by PCM at 222 and Melcher-Dallas which was unable to post a team score.
Fay Zaugg of Carlisle was the meet medalist with a 46 while Eilgh Davis of PCM was runner up at 50.
Pleasantville coach Jeff Koerselman tells KNIA/KRLS Sports, “I knew this would be a difficult meet for us. PCM and Carlisle have posted some good scores. We have a great group of competitors on this team so I know they will get better every week. Girls are stepping up and filling roles from last year and that is good to see.”
Trojan scores showed Leah Adreon at 50, Emily Roe 51, Freshmen Delaney Harvey 51 with her personal best, Chloe Rankin 53 and Ali Archer 55. The four low scores counted in the team total.
