Warren County Health Services wants to remind residents to attempt to lower the physical and mental stress they may be going through, as a way to get healthier. The CDC says that stress can lead to trouble concentrating and making decisions, nightmares or problems sleeping. It can also cause physical reactions, such as headaches, body pains, stomach problems, or skin rashes, and the worsening of chronic health problems and mental health conditions. Recommended activities to reduce stress include meditation, exercise, hobbies, spending time with friends and family, and reading among others.
