THRIVE Knoxville is holding their annual “Spring into Parks” event Sunday from 1 to 3 p.m. Community members are invited to meet at the Randy Wilson Track to volunteer their time to help clean up and make improvements around town in preparation for outdoor recreation this spring and summer.

The focus will be on cleaning up and beautifying Competine Trail, Randy Wilson Track, and Pleasant Street between the VA District and Graceland Cemetery. Volunteers are asked to bring their own work gloves and water, but all other materials will be provided. No sign-up is necessary.
