While Tulip Time is often about the rain going away, a late round of showers didn’t dampen the festivities Friday evening. After another strong day for crowds, the 88th Tulip Time passed the halfway mark by getting the fourth lighted Volks Parade going, even with precipitation impacting the start of the event. Fireworks followed at Central College.
