The three-day American Rivers Conference men’s and women’s track and field championships begins today in Decorah, as the Simpson squads try to improve upon their finishes from the indoor season earlier this spring. The Storm men’s and women’s teams each placed 6th in the event, however Spencer Moon was named as the conference MVP due to his victories in both the 5000m and 3000m events, just one of three Storm athletes to ever win the Track MVP award. Action starts today for the squads at Luther College at 1pm.
