Pleasantville advances to the Class 1A Regional Golf finals for the third straight year.

Laney Harvery finished fifth for the Trojans with a score of 101 and Leah Adreon finished sixth with a 102. 

Rounding out the scoring for the varsity were Emily Roe at 108 and Chloe Rankin at 118. The Trojan team score was 429.

Coach Jeff Koerselman tells KNIA/KRLS Sports, “I was very proud of our girls for continuing to compete. This week we play at Diamond Head Golf Course in Lynnville for the second round of Regionals. We have seen good improvement from our girls and that’s all you can ask for.”

The meet at Lynnville is set for Wednesday.
