The Indianola baseball team will try to continue a winning streak Monday as they host Warren County rival Carlisle. The Indians have faced a tough schedule so far this season, including matchups with class 4A powers Johnston and Southeast Polk in addition to local rivals Des Moines Roosevelt and Knoxville. The Indians have hit well as a team so far this season, batting .327 and getting on base at a .461 clip, while the Wildcats sit at 5-3 this season and have faced a similarly difficult schedule. The Memorial Day contest begins at 7:30pm at Indianola High School.
