The Every Step Matters 5K, a run/walk for mental health will be Saturday July 22nd at Banner Lakes in Summerset State Park in Carlisle. Registration and check in start ay 7:00am with the 5K at 8:00. Registration costs $30 for ages 15 and up and $25 14 and under.
