The Twin Cedars Baseball Squad led for nearly the entire game, and was no-hit, but still almost beat North Mahaska Saturday night in a first round class 1A district game, losing 2-1 as the Warhawks walked off the Sabers with two runs in the bottom of the 7th. The Sabers got on the board in the top of the 1st to make it 1-0 as North Mahaska walked the bases loaded. It stayed that way until the Warhwks scored in the 7th. The Sabers were unable to take advantage of six walks. Kasey Clark took the loss, striking out nine and allowing just four hits. Twin Cedars finishes with a 9-13 record.
