Each summer, Vermeer Corporation welcomes high school and college educators from south central Iowa and around the state. Heidi Vermeer-Quist is a third generation family member and active shareholder in the company, and says the goal of the teacher internship program is connect what is being taught in local schools to the opportunities that exist along the Vermeer Mile and beyond.
