Iowa Realty in Knoxville will start taking donations today for the annual “Fill the School Bus” school supplies drive.

 This drive helps gather school supplies for local classrooms in the Knoxville community. The drive will take place on Saturday, August 5th from 8am-noon under the Knoxville Mural on Main Street. There will be a school bus parked there to place donations. Iowa Realty Brokerage Manager Annie Leonard says this event is a good way to give back to the community. 

 “Our community supports us by doing business with us and we just want to find a way to give back, and we find a huge need here in the school supplies area so we thought this is a good way to do it.”

 You can drop off donations during the event or anytime starting today until August 11th from 8:30-4:00 pm at the Iowa Realty office at 119 E Main Street in Knoxville.
