Applications are open for the annual Warren County Small Business Grant Contest, offering grants for either existing small businesses or start-ups. Executive Director Rachel Gocken tells KNIA News they are looking for businesses who can make a substantial improvement or investment with the grant funds.
“We are looking for businesses that will expand operations or increase their customer base with the grant funds. Purchasing new equipment to help increase capacity, that sort of thing.”
Two grant categories are available for businesses to apply to, Existing Business or Start-Up, with awards for first, second, and third place in each category.
