A local non-profit working to lift those in poverty in two countries is celebrating milestone anniversaries this year. Executive Leader of Many Hands Tim Brand launched the non profit organization in 2008 in Pignon, Haiti, with the goal of building lasting change on the island nation. While there have been several challenges over the years since, Brand is thankful for their widespread impact, which now has grown to Abaco in the Bahamas. It’s been a decade since the first thrift store for the organization opened as well.
