Several local men have been inducted into the 2023 Central Iowa Men’s Fastpitch Hall of Fame.

The local 2023 inductees include Rick Blom of Reasnor, Vince Blom of Pella, Brian Hazelton of Reasnor, Bob Van Soelen of Sully and Gene Van Wyk of Pella. These men were part of a class of ten total inductees. Dean Shinn of Knoxville and Todd Vander Molen of Peoria were inducted last year. 

There are now twenty total men in the hall of fame. A ceremony was held in Ankeny on Sunday to announce the 2023 class.
