The Pleasantville boys and girls cross country teams will open their seasons on August 31st.

Their first meet will be the West Central Valley Wildcat Classic, which has a field of 13 different schools that will be competing. The Trojans are bringing back key runners on both the boys and girls side. 

Pleasantville Cross County Coach Aaron Fitcher says they want community encouragement around their cross country team.

“Pleasantville has always been a great place to encourage and support the athletes and definitely looking forward to having a good squad out there that can do things and the community can feel proud about it.” 

Pleasantville will host a home meet on Monday, September 11th.
