Volleyball Gets First Win Of The Season

The Twin Cedars Volleyball Squad won its first match of the season three sets to one 17-22, 27-25, 25-16, and 25-19. The Sabers are 1-4 this season and will play host to Seymour on Tuesday.

Football Looking To Solve The BGM Riddle

The Twin Cedars Football Squad would like to stop a streak Friday night in the Sabers game against BGM, giving up 74 points and stop a two game losing streak to start the season. A tall order for the Sabers against a Bears club that rolled up 96 points in their game last week. The Sabers rolled up 415 yards of total offense last Friday against Lamoni, but gave up 487, 465 of that on the ground to the Demons. B-G-M balanced with 472 yards of total offense last week, led by Beau Burns ‘ 391 yards of offense. Coach Cam Parker knows this is likely Twin Cedars toughest opponent and he has been telling his team one play at a time. Kick off from Twin Cedars is set for 7:00.
