West Ridge Specialty Care in Knoxville will be holding a fall festival on Thursday, September 28th.

This is a free community event from 4:00-7:00 pm which will include kids activities, a free chili dinner, and live music. There will be a sidewalk chalk competition, face painting, prizes, crafts and balloon animals for kids of all ages. West Ridge Specialty Care is located at 1904 W Howard St.
