The Melcher-Dallas Football Squad stayed close for a while, but fell to Lamoni 58-20 on Friday. Coach Pat Ferguson told KNIA Sports it was too much Ambrose Savage as the Lamoni quarterback did just about everything. The Saints got a score from Gavyn Thordarson and C.J. Smith scored two touchdowns, one on a kickoff return. Melcher-Dallas is 0-6 and travels to Moravia next Friday.
