Marion County Bank will build to replace the existing drive-up facility along Highway 14. Marion County Bank of Pella, Knoxville and Melcher-Dallas is beginning work to build a new drive-up facility in Knoxville. Prep work for the new building has begun with construction slated to begin in the coming weeks and finishing in summer 2024. The new drive-up will be located on the south side of the existing property, along Highway 14. Once completed, the new drive-up will replace the current facility.

“The new facility will allow us to provide our customers additional banking options with a design that upgrades our presence in Knoxville,” said Marion County Bank Executive Vice President and COO Ron Zantingh. “We also want to take care of our staff. The new layout provides a larger and safer working space for our valued employees.”

In addition to providing covered drive-up lanes for both teller and ATM transactions, there will also be indoor walk-up teller windows and parking spaces added.

Marion County Bank President Steve Kraayenbrink said, “This project shows our commitment to serve our customers, staff, and community. We thank our customers for their support and look forward to serving you at this new facility soon.”

Minimal disruptions to service are expected throughout the construction process as the existing location will remain open and continue to serve customers with regular business hours.
