The Pella Christian cross country teams wrap up regular season action tonight, running at Centerville’s Big Red Invitational.

The Eagles are coming off of six days away from competition, most recently running at the Williamsburg meet last Tuesday. The Pella Christian girls took eighth place in that meet, while the #17 in 2A boys squad was 10th place. Ending their regular season at the Big Red Invitational for the second straight year, the Eagles are hoping to enjoy similar success to what they did in 2022. Last season, the Pella Christian boys won their third meet of the year at Centerville’s meet, while the girls team finished in second place. In addition to great team finishes, the Eagles boys set the school record for the best 5k team average time at the meet.

The Big Red Invitational today at Honey Creek Resort State Park in Moravia is scheduled to start at 4:30 p.m.
