The Pride of Indianola Marching Band competed in their final two events of the season on Saturday at Waukee High School, the IHSMA State Marching Band Contest and the Waukee Warrior Marching Invitational.

At the IHSMA State Marching Band Contest, the band earned their 10th straight Division I Rating, a school record. The band scored an 81.4, the highest score during the decade span.

At the Waukee Warrior Marching Invitational, the band placed 5th scoring an 80.125, within two points of second place. The Color Guard also placed 2nd at the event.
