Iowa Sports Turf has begun work on the full field renovations at the PCM High School baseball field. The dugouts have been torn down and work to remove the existing grass and infield materials is underway. Once they have completed that removal, Iowa Sports Turf will laser grade the remaining surface to level out the field. Additionally, the project will include the installation of a new irrigation system, new clay for the mound and plate in both the field of play and two single lane bullpens, base anchors, and new sodding. The renovations will be done in advance of the baseball season this summer, and PCM will not have any home games affected by the project.
