Knoxville Mayor Brian Hatch is seeking his sixth term in the upcoming 2023 city school elections on November 7th.

Mayor Hatch was first elected mayor in 2013 and is running unopposed in the upcoming election. Hatch was born and raised in Knoxville and he and his wife Candi have three children, Mason, Jaxson and Lucie. He is employed by the Marion County Engineer’s Office where he is an Engineer Technician. Mayor Hatch tells KNIA/KRLS Radio that he got into this role ultimately because he cares about the great community that Knoxville is.

“We’re there because we care. I got into this ten years ago because I did care. I wanted Knoxville to be the great place that I knew it was, and it could be again. I think a lot of people rally around that, and I want to continue that momentum and support, so yeah just get out there and go vote.”
