It was a short night of work for the #2 in 4A Indianola volleyball team as they cruised by Denison-Schleswig 3-0 (25-9, 25-8, 25-7) in the regional semifinals Thursday.

Makenzie Sloan finished with 13 kills to lead the Indians, followed by Camryn Overton and her nine successful attacks. Josie McGraw added four service aces.

Indianola is now 35-4 overall and aiming for back-to-back state tournament appearances when they host #11 Glenwood on Tuesday.
