The Indianola School Board met in a special session Monday. The board first approved the certified 2023-24 enrollment, which decreased by 12.84 students to 3,423.72. The district has seen an increase in enrollment since 2004 by 7.83%. The board also approved an agreement with the Donovan Group for Public Relations work and approved the bid process for nearly $10 million in general obligation bonds to move forward. The board also met in a work session to discuss the Indianola School Support Organizations, including appreciation and discussion of past and future support, logo information, and fundraisers.
