Pella Christian’s Middle School Theatre group is back on the stage this fall, presenting Prince of Thieves on Friday, November 3rd and Saturday, November 4th at 7 p.m. in the Vermeer Auditorium at Pella Christian High School. There will also be a matinee performance for area schools and homeschool families on November 3rd at 12:45 p.m. Cast Members Hudson Ritzert, Kaeden Bouma, and Lucy Belzer say they are excited to perform their production and that there are multiple things the audience should be looking for during the show.
Ritzert: “So, this Prince of Thieves cast is really unique and everyone fits their role really well.”
Bouma: “I think they should watch how unique the sword play can get. It takes a lot of time to put like a 30-second sword play in and it’s just really fun to do that.”
Belzer: “I think people should look out for some of our side characters too, and just how when a big scene comes up, when people don’t have lines, you can tell how they’re feeling and their emotions.”
