The City of Knoxville is seeking parties interested in purchasing the property located at 314 W. Robinson St. 

Under Iowa Code Section 657A, the City of Knoxville is now the owner of the property. In upcoming months, asbestos testing and abatement will take place in the house. Once completed, the Knoxville Fire Department will be conducting a controlled training burn. The lot is located on the corner of West Robinson and South Kent Street, and is a regular 60’X120’ residential lot.

Interested parties may submit an offer to the City of Knoxville by mail to City Hall located at 305 S. Third Street or send an email to hussery@knoxvilleia.gov. Offers should include your name and contact information, proposed purchase price, and information describing development plan for the property. Offers will be accepted between October 27th and November 30th and offers will be presented to the City Council for consideration in December.
