The Knoxville City Council will meet in regular session tonight.
On the agenda is a public hearing, and approval to designate portions of the downtown area as a blighted community. There will be a public hearing for the purpose of endorsing the Community Development Block Grant- Downtown Revitalization (CDBG-DTR) grant application, and a vote to approve a resolution to authorize submission of the Knoxville CDBG Downtown Facade Grant Application.
Also on the agenda is approval of the 2023 Community and Housing Needs Assessment, and an approval for the termination of an agreement between the City of Knoxville and the Marion County Fair Board. Tonight’s meeting will take place at 6:15 pm at City Hall.
