The PCM boys and girls basketball teams will be competing at Wells Fargo Arena in December as part of the Iowa Wolves High School Hoops Showcase.
The Mustangs will be taking on Saydel at 12:30 and 2:15 on Saturday, December 2nd. This is an opportunity for PCM fans to see their teams compete at one of the crown jewels of sports venues in the state of Iowa. This partnership with the Iowa Wolves will allow anyone who purchases a ticket to the hoops showcase to also receive a free ticket to the Wolves game that night. PCM Coach Tony Ford expressed how excited he was for the team’s opportunity to play at Wells Fargo this season. Ford encourages fans to come out to any game this season because he says the Mustangs will be fun to watch.
“I think they’re going to see the boys running up and down the floor and playing their tails off. I think defensively they are going to be very fun to watch. I think they are going to do some things more aggressive this year, take some more chances, and play really well together.”
The PCM boys basketball season will kick off on Tuesday, November 28th at Knoxville, a game that can be heard on 95.3 KNIA.
