Norwalk’s Emma Sizemore wrapped up her third career state swim meet on Saturday by helping Des Moines Lincoln finish 31st in the 200 freestyle relay. The Warrior junior swam the second 50-yard leg of the relay, teaming with Haylee Shaffer, Paola Santiago and Samantha Douds for a time of 1:46.24.

Sizemore was one of seven Norwalk girls to compete for the Rails this fall. She qualified for the State Swimming and Diving Meet at Marshalltown in two events, also placing 19th in the 500-yard freestyle on Friday with a season-best time of 5:22.97.
