For the third year in a row, the Central College Dance Team swept all three categories of the Division II/III competitors at the Iowa State Dance and Drill Team Association competition held at Wells Fargo Arena last week.

Central College earned first place in pom, hip hop, and jazz. Central swept all three categories in 2021 and 2022, and have collected several first place trophies at the state dance event over the past decade. This also comes after the group made program history and brought a national spotlight to the school earlier this year. The program won 1st place in Division III Pom at the National Dance Alliance College Nationals held in Daytona Beach, Florida, on April 7th.
