Cairn Yoga and Wellness will be holding winter solstice candlelight yoga at Dan-D Farms tonight. 

Those who are undergoing preparations for the holidays in the next few days have the opportunity to prepare their  body as well. This is a chance to participate in yoga and a breathwork class led in the spirit of the season by candle-glow. This class will be held at Dan-D Farms under the stars in the warmth of the heated greenhouse. The session starts at 6:00 pm and will go until 7:30 pm. Dan-D Farms is located at 1978 122th Place just south of Knoxville.
