The Melcher-Dallas Girls Basketball Squad is looking forward to another chance to play Ankeny Christian. The Saints lost to the Eagles in their final game before Christmas break on December 19th by a score of 46-37. As frustrating of a loss as it was, Coach Kelsey Goff knows her team could get another chance at ACA in the Bluegrass Conference Tournament in a semi-final or final.

Goff: “I know we’re not scheduled to play them again and I said when we play them again that you’ll want to beat them even more and have more fire in you to take it to them.”

The Saints play Murray on January 2nd to get the season restarted. The Bluegrass Conference Tournament begins the week of January 22nd.
