While the Knoxville Wrestling Squad has high expectations this season with a few individuals have a goal of a state meet berth, the Panthers are all making through the process of being a wrestler. Coach Skylar Spaur tells KNIA/KRLS Sports while several of his guys are less experienced than some, he says there is a process and they all have to trust that process to improve.

Spaur: “Do the stuff you’re expected to do and good things will happen. Whether you start as a freshman or five years old you have to trust the process and do the things you’re supposed to do.”

The Panthers will get back on the mats January 4rth with the South Central Conference Quad at Eddyville.
