PCM sophomore wrestler Tucker Wheeler remains perfect with a 25-0 record heading into the holiday break. 

Wheeler, a state qualifier last season for the Mustangs, has been dominant in all aspects to start his 2023-2024 season. Wheeler has recorded a staggering 21 pinfalls on the year and PCM wrestling coach Rusty Vos said he continued to improve in the offseason. 

“He started pretty early working. He played football but he also worked at wrestling 6-8 weeks before the season started with more technique, really aggressive, and relentless of never stopping. That’s what he’s doing and he’s getting really good at takedowns and being on his feet so that’s where we’re at.”

Wheeler and the Mustangs will be back in action on Saturday, January 6th when they host the PCM Wrestling Invite.
