A college education can be a costly investment in the future but fortunately there are options available to help pay for postsecondary education. The Iowa College Access Network will be making a free presentation on financial aid for Knoxville High School seniors and their parents Wednesday evening. Guidance Counselor Cheryl McCaskey says the program will primarily talk about filling out the Free Application for Federal Student Aid.

Other topics that will be touched on at the event include completing the FAFSA, important deadlines, scholarships and scams and types of financial assistance available. The discussion will take place at 7pm in the vocal room of the Knoxville High School.
