Nearly 1,000 voters from Pella and the surrounding area made their way to Pella High School Monday for one of the largest caucus sites in rural Iowa. Florida First Lady Casey DeSantis and Arizona U.S. Senate Candidate Kari Lake were among those who spoke to the crowd before ballots were ultimately cast.
Here are results from that specific site (978 total voters):
Trump – 379 – 38.6%
DeSantis – 305 – 31.2%
Haley – 202 – 20.7%
Ramaswamy – 82 – 8.4%
Binkley – 9 – .9%
Hutchinson – 1 – .1%
North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum visited the Knoxville High School site, which represented the rest of the GOP voters in Marion County. From the Knoxville location (529 voters):
Trump – 321 – 60.68%
DeSantis – 135 – 25.52%
Haley – 11.15%
Ramaswamy – 21 – 3.97%
Binkley – 5 – .95%
