The PCM girls and boys basketball teams will host Saydel tonight in a Heart of Iowa Conference doubleheader.

The Mustang girls are 10-4 overall on the season and 7-2 in the conference. The PCM girls are coming off a 52-47 win over West Marshall Friday night and will now take on the 6-8 Eagles who are coming off a 72-24 loss to Nevada Friday night to drop to 6-8 on the season. The Mustang girls have been led in scoring this season by junior Addison Steenhoek who is averaging 13.6 points per game. 

The Mustang boys are 7-7 overall on the season and 4-4 in the conference. The PCM boys are coming off a 55-43 win over West Marshall Friday night and will take on the 5-6 Eagles who are coming off a 73-52 loss to Nevada Friday night to drop to 5-6 on the season. The Mustang boys have been led in scoring this season by junior Gavin Van Gorp who is averaging 13.3 points per game. 

Tonight’s varsity doubleheader in Monroe starts with the girls game at 6:00 pm and the boys game to follow.
