Voting for the Pella Christian School Board Integration officially begins today. 

Society members can vote at the grade school and/or high school office between 8:00am and 4:00pm on school days. Mailed ballots for those out of the area must be requested by Monday, February 12th and received by Tuesday, February 27th at 6:30pm. Final in-person voting will be held on Tuesday, February 27th from 4:00 to 6:30pm at the Pella Christian High School commons. Society members at Pella Christian Grade School will vote at the grade school office and those at Pella Christian High School will vote at the high school office. Society members at both schools will need to vote two times–once for each Pella Christian Head of Schools Dan Zylstra says the voting taking place this month is the culmination of the work to merge the two school boards into one legal entity. 

“Based on some internal reviews and things, the school boards decided that it was the best course of action to move forward to integrate the schools toward an eventual merger and this vote would be what solidifies that.”
