The City of Indianola Community Development Department released their annual report and presented it before the Indianola City Council at their meeting Monday. Highlights from the report included permit valuations adding $43 million to the community, the implementation of the “Elevate Indianola” Comprehensive Plan, the launch of an interactive current development case map, and phasing of Wards 1 and 3 into the Rental Inspection and Certification Program, with over 830 rental units certified among others.
