Alex Mitchel finished his Pella High bowling career by finishing 21st at the Iowa State Bowling Tournament on Monday in Waterloo. Mitchel shot 201-176-206 for a 583 series in Class 2A.

“Alex bowled really well today on a tougher shot,” said Head Coach Bryan Smith. “Scores were lower than I expected, but I felt Alex really managed his game well and bowled competitively. He had no splits in his three games, but he had a couple spare shots that got away from him. I’m so proud of Alex and how he finished his bowling career at Pella.”
