The Pella City Council will meet in regular session tonight.

The council will hold public hearings regarding a rezoning application submitted by ATI group to amend the zoning ordinance of a property on the west side of town from Agricultural to Planned Unit Development. The council will also consider resolutions on the final plat for the Corridor Business Park, scheduling a public hearing to receive bids for the proposed indoor recreation center project, and terminating the Pella West Interchange Urban Renewal Plan. During policy and planning, council will discuss the Fiscal Year 24-25 Budget Process and Maximum Property Tax Notice, the City Hall Annex Renovation project, a request for a solid waste contract extension with Midwest Sanitation, city attorney representation at city council meetings, and a shared leave policy in the personnel policy manual. The Pella City Council will then enter into a closed session to discuss the purchase or sale of real estate.

The city council meeting will begin at 6 pm tonight in the Pella Public Safety Complex.
