The Twin Cedars Boys Track and Field Squad looks to be in the mix for the Bluegrass Conference title this season. Coach Theresa Davis tells KNIA/KRLS Sports she has enough on the team to possibly fill out all events and be a threat to take the title home.

Davis: “I’m looking for a good finish in the conference and be good competitors at regular meets. I’m looking for some of the guys to compete in the running events, so I’m hoping for a good season.”

The Sabers indoor season was successful with a partial team at the Pekin Indoor Meet last week. The Sabers brought home a 1st place from Noah Fee in the long jump plus some 2nd and 3rd place medals as well. The outdoor season will get underway March 28th at Belle Plaine.
