The Knoxville chapter of Freedom for Youth will hold a teen Easter egg hunt on Friday and Saturday.
The hunt will be held both days at Faith Baptist Church in Knoxville. On Friday, the event will be for those in grades 9-12 and will go from 5:00-7:00 pm. Saturday’s event will be from 11:00am-1:00pm and will be for those in grades 5-8. Both days will include a pizza party and be filled with opportunities to uncover eggs to win gift cards, cash, prizes, candy, and snacks. Anna Humeston with Freedom for Youth encourages everyone to support the teens in the community.
“I encourage the people to come out and support the teens. Everyone is just looking for some good clean fun for the teenagers and it’s good to encourage that. As a parent, as a grandparent, as just someone in the community to just come and invite these kids to come have some fun.”
Faith Baptist Church is located at 1710 E Main St. in Knoxville. For any questions related to this event you can email ahumeston@freedomforyouth.org.
