The Knoxville Chamber of Commerce Annual Gathering was held Thursday night at Pine Knolls Golf Club.

The event was an opportunity to celebrate the chamber’s past year’s accomplishments, along with previewing what to expect in 2024. At the event, previous chamber board members were honored and there was a slideshow displaying a 2023 year in review. There were also awards given out, including Candi’s Flowers receiving business of the year, Leighton State Bank receiving new business of the year, Weiler receiving the community impact award, and Chasing Positivity was given the nonprofit excellence award. Knoxville Chamber of Commerce Executive Director Nathan Sage says this event is a great way to come together as chamber members.

“It shows that the community has bought into the chamber. The community is supporting the chamber. You see the amount of people that showed up and are a part of this. We really wanted to bring this back and keep making it bigger and better. Any chance we get a chance to come together as members to network, and just enjoy each other’s company is what we want to do at the chamber.”
